Come ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories. 

All bag classes use Impact Wrap. Impact Wrap is a cutting-edge technology that gives measurable results for your heavy bag workout. Points are assigned to each hit - the harder you hit, the more points you receive. You can keep your scores private or have them on the monitors during the workout.
